Timber Creek Coffee started with a simple conviction: the coffee in your cup should tell a story — and the pastry beside it should be worth staying for.

We work directly with growers who treat their land well, roast in small quantities so every batch lands at its peak, and bake from scratch before dawn so you never walk in to anything less than what we'd serve our own table.
